These terms cover shopping on dopetzcom, in the app, and in our stores.
Orders
Placing an order means you agree to these terms, the shipping page, the returns and refund policy, and the privacy policy. Prices, currency, and availability follow the shop region you are shopping in.
Payment
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Wallet credit, when you use it, is applied on checkout before you pay.
Shipping and pickup
You choose standard, express, overnight, or store pickup at checkout when the product offers it. The shipping charge and any tariff are shown in the order total before you pay.
Refunds
Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase only. Return the item in the same condition you received it. The full rule is on the Returns & refunds page.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in private. You can review orders in My Account and ask support to correct account details.
